Right here is an easy, tasty, and nutritious snack to all ur Gym Junkies out there. Muscle Pancakes. 4x Egg Whites 2x Whole Eggs Cup of oats Cup of Berries Mashed Banana Teaspoon of Olive Oil Mix All ingrediants in a bowl. bring Pan to meduim heat and pour mixture on pan. Makes about 4-5 Pancakes. Pour Maple Syrup for flavour. Use a low Suger one. 25g Protein 35g Carbyhydrates This is a great meal to take on non or training days. Let me know how u go.
