Hi people,

Was looking at changing up my regular whey isolate protein shakes (the Ultimate Nutirion Iso Sensation is what I have been taking for a while now)

What are the benefits of Muscle Milk compared to regular protein?

I just need a change for a bit... and to see if I can get a kick to grow a bit more.
