Marc's Muscle Milk Pudding Review

Nice review marc , i haven't tried muscle milk pudding yet but will soon, sounds as if it will make a great snack. Have you ever tried INstone nutrition(sly stallones company) pudding? I've tasted it and tasted pretty good, don't know about the nutritional values, but it did have 20 grams of protein .

just wondering
thanks
Jerry

Jerry,

1 - Yes.  Cytosport has the patent on taste.  Stallone's was good when I tried it but after a bit, it truly was a supplement.  A bit of an after-taste.  Muscle Milk Pudding is good enough that a kid probably woudn't notice the difference.

I know taste is based on opinions so take it for what it's worth but this pudding is better than Instone's.

2 - Other pudding's have more SOY than you'd think.  Not that soy is bad!  But as a bodybuilder, who loves protein, I would rather the main source be from milk proteins vs. soy.  From what I've heard and read, Instone's (Stallone's) pudding is more soy based.  Muscle Milk Pudding's protein sources are from whey and milk isolates.  Means a high biologically available protein.
