Muscle Milk

Does this give anyone else serious gas/stomach problems? Every time I drink this I get sick to my stomach and end up on the pot...any way to avoid this?

that is a common side affect of nitric oxide supplements but i have never had that with muscle milk or any protein for that matter. but try to let it sit for 3-5 minutes after you mix it. it might work

A little off topic but, I dont think muscle milk tastes all that great. I actually prefer Syntha 6 in comparison to it. Only reason why I bring it up is that MM is loaded with propaganda as being the best tasting ever. Well, I happen to disagree.

Got sick as hell like 2 months ago. It was either Ecoli or Salmonella. After I was sort of able to keep solid food down I decided to try a protein shake. I tried having some muscle milk before bed, my god I couldn't sleep, my stomach growled for like 5 hours. Felt like I had a brick sitting in my stomach, dissolving. That was the only time in my life that drinking muscle milk didn't bring me to climax. ORIGINAL: RedJeep love muscle milk. Caffeine jacks up my stomach. That scared the hell out of me Redjeep. I ran and searched my Muscle milk ingredients for caffeine. Then I realized you weren't saying that muscle milk had caffeine.

I never had dairy problems untill I started using whey and MM and Caesins. Now I can't drink milk without burning a hole through my ass. A. Make sure its completely mixed. for some reason chunks in all powders I've ever tried seem to screw with my stomach real bad especially MM B. try taking Lactaid with it. Good luck.

All supplements affect everyone differently. I guess the side effect could be telling you that its not for you. Muscle Milk is pretty good tasting and the colostrum helps, but lean body shakes are pretty good if your using the RTGs. ON is really tasty with good amino levels. Syntha 6 is really really good.

Everytime I bulk I get stomach/gas problems and I spend much more time in the toilet I think it's worse than normal for me because I drink so much milk.
