Muscle Milk ?

im new to muscle milk so i wanted to ask how much muscle milk to take. workout 3 times (monday, wednesday, friday) cardio 3 times (tuesday, thursday, saturday) when do i take muscle milk, do i take it after every workout?, also can i take muscle milk after cardio (treadmill run) ?, if i dont work out on a day can i still take muscle milk?. thanks.

I would not suggest Muscle Milk as a post workout recovery shake. this includes cardio. what are your goals? Muscle milk contains a blend of slow digesting proteins and fats. Post workout you want lean protein (low fat) and carbs. Muscle milk would be fine between meals...example if you are eating six meals per day then perhaps meal 2, etc. Before bed is ideal time for muscle milk- having a slow released protein & fat will ensure a prolonged nitrogen balance while you sleep.
