I constantly have the problem of muscle failure before I complete my set.For instance, Bench Press Routine Set 1:12 repetitions Set 2:10 repetitions Set 3:8 repetitions Set 4:6 repetitions Set 5:4 repetitions (repeat until muscle failure) The problem is mainly on my fourth and fifth set my muscle fails half way through my repetitions. Should I decrease the amount of sets or the weight? Is this a proper routine?
