One question im unsure of.
Is this stack and anator supposed to be cycled?

dude, nice pic of the stack box...anyway, from what i have gathered information on; the creakic should be a 6 weeks on 1 week off cycle, the luekic should be a 1 month on 1 month off cycle, and the gaikic can be taken without cycling. As far as the anator being cycled, i couldn't give you an answer becuase i am unsure. Let me know when you find out. By the way, how is the anantor? What do you find you get from it?

Seriously buy leucine, dont waste ur money on that junk(leukic ,leucine is  the same active ingredient if u wanna call it that. lol), i ve heard nothing but crap about muscletech stuff all hype and costs wayyyyyy too much. ur young, stick to whey,creatine and a good diet and u will be fine, worry about the other stuff later.
 
In MY opinion muscletech is a joke, if u do try it hopefully u will have better results than me or my friends have had.

where did u find this "cycling" information?
I'll make a new thread im jumping off all this horsecrap protein and sticking to basics

with anator since someone said theres protein in it do u need to take a shake 45 minutes after u work out

I got my information on cycling creatine from a nutritionist and the leukic from someone who uses anabolic enhancers in the past, and I trust his judgement. He has even told me that taking them for one month will benefit you for months and months. Its like a kick start.

the thing with leukic is its 7.2 grams of leucine
 
if uget a store brand the most i ever see is 2 grams if ne one can help me out

One the same subject, Ive been taking MuscleTech products for years now, but with the new stuff out it is hard to determine what products you can stack. I Love CellTech, and was thinking of anator BUT, after the Loading phase, celltech and anator both need to be consumed dirtectly after the work out. Anator also has a serving of creatine. Seems a bit much to consume cell tech woith 10g of creatine a serving as well. And if you wanted to stack CRE, Leu, and Gak, That is another serving of Creatine a day. So, if anyone has any good or negative thoughts on a well combined stack that should be taken please drop some more replys. At the moment this is what I do daily.
 
 
Hydroxycut hardcore at wakeup
 
meal 1
3 eggs, 1 serving of Oatmeal made with 1 cup of milk. 8oz of steak     /   1 serving of fishoil, cromium picolinate, L Glutamine
 
meal 2
1 chicken breast, 2 serving of brown rice
 
meal 3
2 serving of white albacore tuna, 1 serving brown rice
 
meal4
1 chicken breast, 1-2 cup salad, 1 serving of cottage cheese
 
Workout   Celltech consumed after
 
meal 5
large steak, 1-2 cups salad, cottage cheese/       1 serving of Fish Oil and L Glutamine
 
meal 6
2 serving of Jerky and penuts

So, until i get back to where I was STRENGTH wise, ima keep the protien shakes out. Just lean means, and high protein foods and snacks. Costs enough as it is HAHA

I have NEVER had a protein shake make me gain weight, if anything I lost weight when I started shakes. IMO Shakes should be a Staple in anyone who is into making muscle gains diet.

Yea Chris, I agree. Whey Protein is for lean muscle mass. For those of you out there wanting to gain weight, its all about the diet.  Mass builders are crap and most are just a bunch of empty caloris to fatted you up. You Need to EAT BIG to GET BIG. only a small portion of protien should be consumed in the form of a supplement. That meal plan im on and is only around 2000 calories total, which is the Daily intake stated by the FDA. In the next few weeks I intend on doubling the meat that I eat at each meal, and take a whey shake around 300am, yea gotta set the alarm clock. lol

hey guys, i know that this might sound really dumb... however, i just started broadening my horizons with supps and what not... really trying to get myself the biggest as possible, and as healthy as possible...  what do you guys mean by "stack"? i know that it means all of the supps that your taking... but when u say muscletech stack i get kinda confused... i'm on nano vapor, which is muscletech and i really really like it... what are the names of the muscle tech products you guys are talking about with the gakic, creakic, and leukic... i'm just wondering, because muscle tech just came out with new products now and all of them are called the "muscle asylum project" i think.. and i'm been doing alot of research on those and i think i might buy the post w/o supp along with my nano vapor on my next cycle... what do you guys think? LOL and please answer my questions nicely... sometimes i'm slow... haha

Luekic is just L-luecine.  Which is a common amino acid found in everyones body.  Anabolic is not a bad thing at all.  The prefix ANA means "to build" in latin, i think.  Anabolic is anything that will build muscle.  CATAbolic things, in turn,  would destroy muscle.  All your doing taking luekic is taking musletechs overpriced version of leucine.  

 
actually luekic is not just L-luecine. that is the main ingredient but its not that simple. there is more that goes into leukic than that. in fact there is a thread somewhere in here that talks all about leukic and someone explains in depth what it really is. thats how i stumbled upon this site. i was looking into leukic and now here i am.
