Hey Blitz, where are you at in Canada? The two local supplement stores (I don't include Nutrition House, it's more of a wellness store) here both have it and it's pricey. Like $75 or something. I do have two online stores in Canada that sell Muscle Milk but they only have 2.5 lbs jugs. One's in Toronto so if you're nearby you could just drive there (and I bet they have 5 lbs jugs in the store).

Well in the least you could order from a Toronto-area store and expect to have it in 1 or 2 days at most, assuming the order is processed quickly. I'm down in Kingston so I'm hoping to get my order in 5-7 business days.

to answer your question, yes muscle milk is an awsome protien mix of casein and whey. and its well worth its cost.

Your wife works for CytoSport? KA-CHING! I hear the word "discount" floating in my head. I'm already married so that's not an option for me, hmmm.. I've got to get hooked up some how.

I agree with the consensus. I love MuscleMilk and I find when people are able to get away from the paradigm of the fat content, they see the gains as well! Great thread all! Matt

There are so many flavors...how does one decide? I hate it when I'm given a choice. I could pick one and then I'd get it and wonder if the other one would have been better. Does the banana n Creme really taste like banana and creme or does it taste like a protein banana sour milk kinda creme....oooh the agony of the decision making process. Will the pina colada mix with bacardi 151? Someone help me with this crossroads I find myself at........ But really, do the flavors really taste as advertised? Which ones have you guys and gals tried?

Wow. I could add a cup of milk to my Metabolic Whey and get almost the same amt of protein (30 g), but only 207 cals and 3 g fat. So what is the big deal of the muscle milk? It seems like too many calories for a cut and not enough to be considered a gainer.

Hell if you're willing to have 18 grams of fat in the shake for good flavor, why not just toss in some bacon? Seriously though, I tend to stick with a relatively passive flavor like vanilla. Actually vanilla's the only flavor I've went with. I'd hate to get a bold flavor like "passion fruit with steak and eggs" only to find out that I hate it. Or that I like the flavor, but even passion fruit loses it's appeal after a week (steak and eggs would never lose it's appeal). At least with something like vanilla I can modify the flavor with some cinamon or something. "Passion fruit with steak and eggs" wouldn't taste much different no matter how much cinamon you use.

THe first time I opened the jug in the kitchen my wife said from the other room "what smells so good?". I'm actually taking a risk and trying Optimum Nutrition's vanilla whey this time around. I hope it's not akin to butt vanilla.

Alright, last post before someone else's, I swear. The nutritional content of Muscle Milk requires TWO scoops (75g) for 32g of protein. That cuts the serving size in half compared to all of the whey's I've purchased. Carbs are higher too, and almost half of the fats are saturated. There's some junk at the bottom about the saturated fats not being stored as body fat, but still. I'm sure if I had some extra cash to spend on whey I'd love to use Muscle Milk, but it's not just not cost efficient compared to the others.
