doesn't sound like it's dangerous or anything.. it's probably just one of those ticks thatl go away in a few days, they come and go.. but i have to admit i've never had my biceps twitching all day before maybe my eyelids or my mouth but that's it.. people say i look angry when my mouth is twitching to the side lol. but you should prolly get it checked out if it doesn't resolve itself within like a month.. try massaging it or take a hot shower

This can stem from a muscle imbalance...opposite the muscle twitching. To resolve the twitch, you can stretch the antagonist, that is the muscle opposite the twitching muscle. For a biceps twitch, stretch the triceps and hold for 20-30 seconds. There may also be a knot in a muscle that is an antagonist or in the affected muscle. Applying gentile but firm pressure to the tender/hot spot until the pain goes away with a minimum of 20-30 seconds..can help out here! It can also relate to electrolytes. How about banana...
