I have never heard of this brand of muscle milk until now, It's called Muscle Milk Collegiate, which basically has an increased 80 grams of protein, lower fat, and 29% daily intake of carbs....

Haven't tried it, but FYI it was made in compliance with the NCAA cause MM is technically a banned substance in the NCAA because it contains a tiny amount of IGF-1, which is a growth hormone releaser.  It's such a small amount that no one would ever fail a drug test for it, but the new MM is 100% NCAA friendly.  Just a little fun fact!

yep.. i've tried it. love it.

there's MM collegiate, and MM cytogainer...

both have similar ratios in terms of carb/protein content, however... one of them is made from whey, while the other is made from a protein blend if i remember correctly.

i believe the protein blend is the collegiate, and the whey is the cytogainer.. but, i could be wrong. you're gonna have to read the ingredients.

and for the record.. they both taste the same IMO.

Cytosport makes both muscle milk and cytogainer. Along with fast twitch and a bunch of other stuff. Not it that matters, I just wanted to argue with someone. Its an after breakfast tradition.

Aren't you glad im here? to relay this kind of important information?

and you are right about them both tasting great, those are the only two types of protein i will ever buy. Even when i start my cut in a few months, i'm still gonna be on cytogainer.

15 servings? ripppppppp off..... and only 40 g of protein for a 4 scoop serving? I could make my own blend like this for way cheaper.
