Well, I have been working out for a few months... This is where I started... did not have measurements at the time. Age: 27 Height: 5' 8" Weight: 130 lbs Physique... skinny upper body (shoulders, arms, chest, back) with a nice spare tire, and thin legs. The gut is still around, but after this next bulk phase, it shall be gone! Today... three months later Height: 5'8" Weithg: 153 lbs Shoulders have broadened, arms are a little thicker, not much. Stomach could use some tightening, chest went from bird chest to "hey, that guy isn't scrawny" I just changed work outs this week. Before I was doing your typical 3 day split of Chest/Tri, Back/Bi, Shoulders... but was lacking lower back and legs. My new workout that I started today is like so Tuesday, 4/18/06 Dead Lift 5x5, 185 lbs. Rowing 5x5, 170 lbs. Barbell Curls 5x5, 55 lbs Friday, 4/21/06 (should be Saturday, but can't this Saturday) will be posted on Friday, but should look like this: Flat Bench Press 5x5 Squats 5x5 Military Press (seated) 5x5 I'll edit this post at the end of the week, then post new progress each week.
