Hey all,
I was looking for a new multivitamin. I'm using One-A-Day's right now and I take two. I looked the respective DV's and realized the Megamen from GNC had alot more stuff to offer and the Vitamin Shoppe's multivitamin also. Also, I've heard bad things about the lack of Vitamin-B in the One-A-Day's. I'm in the market for GNC's megamen, The Vitamin Shoppe's Ultimate Man, and these two --
AST Multi Pro 32X or Optimum Opti-Men?

I don't exactly understand the question you are asking but in any case, I take the GNC megamen vitamin and their B complex also.  I take the standard two pills of the megamen in the morning along with one B complex and another B complex with my PWO shake after working out.  Have yet to try any other so cannot comment.

if you are on a very ballanced diet there is no need for a multi vitamine.  there is a point at which you can get to much of any one vitamine and some of them do have serious side effects of toxicity symptoms.  just for example, B6 can cause depression, nausea, headaches, cramps, ulcer irriation, heartburn, and rapid heart beat with doses above 500 mg a day.  a multi vitamin is a good source of getting vitamins and minerals that you might be slacking in but you also have to watch out for some vitamines that do have toxic effects if to much in in the body.  there are plently of "VALID" web sights that will take you though the different vitamins and what they do for you.  but remember to make sure you are n a web sight that is designed for information and not for selling something.
