OK back to the original question- how much better is Mega Men than Solotron? Mega Men is pricey and I'd rather get Solotron, but if Mega Men is really worth it I'd get it. Anyone have thoughts on these two multi's?

ORIGINAL: PimpWivGunZ are multivitamin tablets really worth getting? never thaught about it till now whats the benifits to having them and would it b better to get all the vitamins etc frm fruits? I have many friends who do not take vitamins but, do eat just about everything and anything when it comes to any kind of veggies, fruits, etc., and are a picture of health. Although I do enjoy eating various fruits (mangos, bananas, apples, etc.) There are very little vegetables that I enjoy eating and sometimes I don’t enjoy eating those same vegetables but, at times I do force myself. That is why a Multi-Vitamin/Mineral supplement is very important to me and I do take them every single day in order for me to have that necessary matrix of vitamins/minerals that I would never obtain eating vegetables the way I do.

I am just about done my first can of animal pak (44 servings) and I am have been happy with it. The fact that 5 of the 11 pills per pak are horse pills kinda sucks but I got over it quick. I find the ginseng (about 750 mgs I think) keeps me on my toes well after my workout. Anyone tried Mega Man and Animal Pak (not together) and have a preference??

ORIGINAL: TIHulk (PS. - I always thought the caps are better than the tabs since there were some posts in the bodybuilding.com forums about tabs not getting absorbed properly!... Information changes!... Once again thanks for your advice!... I'll continue searching and report back with results!) Caps may be better in some instances but apparently not in the MV/M world.

Usana is supposed to be very good, but expensive and pharmaceutical grade.

I use mega men vites and well.. its a vitamin... I have felt better after prolonged use of them and when I drink too much but remember to pop one before bed it saves me from the worst parts of a hangover MOST of the time.

Blackmores Men's Performance Multi Vitamin Minerals, iv taken this for a month or so, its great its a one a day, so its very conveniant and i think is one of the best for bodybuilding.
The only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossible.
