Well, that is not a whole lot of information about your goals and training or your fitness history. However, regardless of your goal, be it weight loss, weight gain, or maintenance, it is important that your body have all the nutrition and nutrients needed in order to respond optimally in your efforts to achieve your goals. On June 19, 2002 the Journal of the American Medical Association reversed it previous position, and advised that all adults take a multivitamin pill each day as insurance against deficiencies. A recent study by the USDA demonstrated that 1% of Americans meet the minimum standards for dietary adequacy, with none in the study meeting the current goal amount. In a 1995 study published in the Journal of the American Dietetics Association, dietitians were asked to design diets that met the 1989 RDAs and 1990 Dietary Guidelines while providing 2200-2400 calories (the average non-athletic female gains weight at 1800 calories) and remaining palatable to the individuals in the study. Using software designed specifically for creating a healthy diet, these trained dietitians were unable to accomplish the given objective. In short. Take one. It is inexpensive support. I eat a closely monitored diet of 3500 calories and without a multi, I would have nutrient "deficiencies"... Most on the market (except gummy bears and theragram) have been tested for dissolving and content, and passed the testing. You can go with a 1-a day...or you can get all fancy and get some "packs" by one of the fitness nutrition companies. DO a search on the site for multivitamin...lots of talks about this. Take a skim at them, ask questions... How about postin more info on your goals, diet, training, etc...

As far as what type of multi-vitamin to take, I would strongly recommend Animal Cuts. I am currently taking GNC's Mega Men Sport which I also like but my number 1 is definitlely Animal Cuts by Universal Nutrition.
