I know that doing cardio in the morning is usually the best time for fat burning. can someone explain this to me? i just want to know the logic behind it.

You sleep a long time with no food. You wake up with an empty stomatch. Your body has no food to burn as fuel for your cardio, so it resorts to stored fat and muscle for energy. To prevent it from using muscle for energy, take 5-10g BCAAs 10mins before cardio in the morning. Then eat complex carbs and protein immediatly after. When you do cardio, it gets your matabolism up and running for a long time after you are done. So the sooner you do it, the longer you matabolism with stay up and chance of burning fat the rest of the day increases also.

Knowing how running will get your metabolism going , is it also a good choice to run right before bed to increase fat burning while you sleep? Also , could you give some details about "BCAA"? Taking these will totally cut the bodys use of muscle for energy during cardio? Sounds too good to be true..
