More than u think?

I'M not gonna give pics but its in the idea of our physique soo.. I still train and whatnot and just feel i dont do enough, i really feel my forearms are small and the rest of my body is not to brag about. This weekend i had a long sleeve and it was kinda hot so i took the sleeves up and a mate came to me and said ( you workout dont u ) and started to kinda touch the forearm (dont ask me if he's gay, i see you people) and i was mystified as i though this part was the weakest of me. later after we went in the woods and there was a lake so we went swimming and i had tons of people telling me , boys and girls , (woah i've always seen u with a shirt, i didn't expect you to be so buffed, u on roids?) I'm kinda amazed that people think that of me, as i seem to think i'm very weak body wise. Is there anyone else experiencing this? i know people told me ( the only measurements you should take is the mirror, he will give u what u look like and thats it!) but it seems that the mirror lies as i seem to be very small IMO and everyone else thinks the other way around. is there other pointers other than the mirror to tell if ur doing good or not?

Progress pics. Take some every week, I do. I like to see mass adding to my body as I am bulking to 180. Then cut to 170 to 175. We always noticed little change in our bodies, other people seem to notice better, unless you are on roids/PH, then you no what you will gain in the expected amount of time.

totally agree with maverick. you know why the mirror doesn't work/is deceiving?? b/c you are the one that see's yourself EVERY day. if you take pictures every 2 weeks, or monthly... and save them on your computer. try going back 3 or 6 months prior. you will be AMAZED at the change that occurs. for instance.. if you were bulking in winter, and it's now summer and you're cutting.. you can look back and be like "HOT DAMn!!! i was a fat strong guy, and now look at this ripped bod of mine"... this is what i do. take pictures often. and i get the same response when the shirt comes off. the skiniest guy walks up to me and goes "don't let my huge muscles intimidate you" haha.. and i'm like "wtf???" it's just jealousy really. they're jealous that they don't have the small amount of willpower/dedication to make something of themselves and better their life
My name is FOX.... and I approve this message.

Do you just take a few pics off the mirror or actually get someone to pic u while you do every single poses?

I get tha same. I mean i think im pretty well off, but nothing amazing. I remember when I was littler though looking at certain people and just thinking they were effing enormous. Now i look at tha same ppl and wonder what I was thinking as theyre not even that big at all. Its like when you were little and thought your dad had the biggest biceps on the planet. (At least thats how it was for me) People who are smaller than you will always see you as huge, and since that is probalby the majority of people (at least in your age group) youll be complimented often.
