More HST + Cutting Routine

Monday: Full Body , Flat Bench Squat Deadlift BarBell Rows Pek Flyes Dumbbell Press Side Dumbbell Raise Lateral Raise Pull-ups Tuesday Morning: Cardio wednesday: Upper Body/lower body Squats OH-Press Barbell Rows Dumbbell Curls Barbell Curls Tricep Pulldown Skull Crushers Pull Ups Thursday Morning: Cardio Friday: Full Body Flat Bench Deadlift OH Press Barbell Rows T-Bar Rows Lateral Pull-Downs Seated Cable Row Pull-ups Saturday: Lower Body Squat Leg Extension Calf Raise Machine Lunges 45 Deg. Leg Press Standing Calf Raises FlatBench X2 Deadlift X2 OH Press X2 Barbell Rows X3 Pull Ups X3 Squats X3 Hows this look for my HST + cutting Routine?? Is there antyhign you guys would add to this?? I really want to add lift, clean and press but I do not know where?? Other things like shurgs, upright barbell row, one arm row??

why not do the squats when you do all the other lifting? if you decide to do the squats + cardio.. definately do the squatting BEFORE you do the cardio.. or you'll be worthless.

Yeah i think your right silverfox i am going to add the squats monday, wednesday, and saturday.. i can't really call wednesday my upperbody since im doign squats too, oh wellhaha

ORIGINAL: ].superman.[ Yeah i think your right silverfox i am going to add the squats monday, wednesday, and saturday.. i can't really call wednesday my upperbody since im doign squats too, oh wellhaha well.. it doesn't matter what you "call it". i think you'll have MUCH better gains by stimulating your largest muscles (legs) multiples times throughout the week by doing squats. you'll grow like a beast, and the cardio on off days will trim all the fat away nicely. I think the routine you have right now looks great
