When I'm off Creatine what will happen? Any side affects? I heard it shrinks your body.

who'd you hear that from? I mean there might be some truth in that you'll lose some water you retained if you took monohydrate. Other than that i've never heard of creatine shrink your body

I honestly don't think your body'll shrink..but just in case do a google or yahoo search and find the definite answer.

My brother's friend's sister knows this lady who went to Mexico, and she found this homeless little hairless chihuahua, and adopted it and took it home. But then it turned out it was actually a giant rat. Seriously, it really happened.

You have to be careful about the information you get via the telephone/myspace game, because it's usually not true. Even when there's a grain of truth, it's usually exaggerated. If you've been on creatine, you're probably carrying a few pounds of extra water weight, and you'll lose that when you go off it. But you're not gonna shrivel up into a raisin or something.

lol its true you will lose water weight after you discontinue taking creatine which may cause your body to look a bit smaller.  It isnt anything too significant though and ive never noticed a big difference. But yes it is true
