Hello, I find myself running out of time during the day. Between hitting the gym, preparing meals, getting in some cardio and trying to get at least 8 hours of sleep, I'm not left with much time on my hands. I've noticed as I'm getting older my mobility is getting worse. Plus i guess sitting behind a desk doesn't help. This may sound strange but I'm trying to find a way to combine mobility training with cardio. Are there any exercises that help with both? cheers
