To save myself time and energy I have a question for everyone. Before lifting roughly an hour before after eating I take creatine then 30 min before workuot take my animal pack, directly after working out could I jsut combine my L-glutamine, protein, and another serving of creatine b/c I've heard if you take to amny things @ once the body may see some of it as waste reguardless of if it really is.
