Is it ok to mix my creatine powder dextrose and whey protien and glutamine all together post workout? Just want to see if i can knock them all out in one drink.

Technically I guess you could.. but for best results:

Take your creatine first with your dextrose

Then take your protein and glutamine combo 30 minutes later.

I' ve read in several places where all those ingredients combined fight for absorption. So for best results.. take the creatine and then 30 minutes later take the other supplements.

I' d take them all at once. Nutrient uptake into th emuscle is greatly enhanced post workout and you don' t want to wait to take your whey.

So what do you do when given conflicting advice? You compromise Smile That' s what I did concerning this particular issue, given that the research and advice seems to be about half and half. Half say take it all at once immediately before and after and half say wait 30 mins between the cre/dextrose/glut and the protein. So, I compromised and just wait 15 mins between (Take the pro 15 mins after WO).

Seems to be working well so far.

What you should do, given conflicting info, is questions the reasons for a given approach and see which makes sense to you, from a logical perspective.
