Hello all :D

I got a tub of MM and well, with milk its very sweet, and with water its very....watery lol so i tried to mix it with strawberry yogurt and it is simply amazing (i got pina colada flavor, which i like very much)

My question is: the packages always say to mix with either water or milk....would it be ok to mix with yogurt or would it alter the beneficts in any way?

Alter it? No.. just the taste and overall nutritionals (more protein, fats, carbs thru the yogurt).

I've heard of people using the MM Pina Colada and making real drinks! Who knows.. but no, it won't alter the product but it will change the calorie makeup. Just keep that in mind.
