hey guys i was wondering my mate has a supplement called pro-recover and i have creatine i was wondering if mixing the two supplements would have a diverse affect on our bodies or wether it would actually increase the amount of supplements were getting

no, i dont think there would be any ADVERSE effects...in fact it looks like it would help the absorption of the creatine post workout.
