I already was takin higher doses of Zinc since early May because of my skin problems and now i just bought some b12 and magnesium i will take them together, so its the same as ZMA?

yuor forgetting your Zinc. And i have tried it, dosnt work the same. ZMA converts into Zinc Magnesium in your body. You cant buy it together. Both seperate are differnt.

There have been studies that by taking Zinc b/f bed for awhile DOES increase Test. Levels

The zinc and magnesium in ZMA are usually in the form of aspartate. Separately purchased zinc and magnesium may be oxide. Whether it makes any difference in terms of results, I don't know. However, I read somewhere that aspartate costs more than oxide.

do i really need to take a zma pill?

the guy at gnc today was saying no unless i took roids before which i didn't.

won't it help u get bigger if its raising ur test levels.
i don't want it to mess me up for the future though will it?
