i agree with u marc that he definitely put forth a lot of effort on the lifts but i'm not sure what you mean by most of us not being able to put forth the intensity. say he does something like db bench to absolute failure, goes to flyes to absolute failure, and then dips to absolute failure..u dont think u could do that? if u just take a set until you absolutely cant do another rep then there u go, i've done that before with supersets a lot and some giant sets and im sure u have too. not to sound macho or anything lol i just mean that it seems most could, it would just take will power and i could see people getting burnt out quickly.

I like learning and i read alot but ive been very consistent with my routines and eating alot, as far as using the iforce cycle i wanted to try out a Designer PH for my personal experience. How am i looking for a quick scam changing my routine after 12 weeks omg im looking for a scam. And yes i do make progress in what i want bulking or cutting.

ORIGINAL: Creation here O sh1t. My bad bro. It just seemed like people had it out to blame you about supplements, but, at 6'2, it is a b1tch to gain. I stand corrected.

I didn't say scam, I knew that post would be taken badley. I just... whatever, do what you want.... yeah your current routine looks good, I saw it in your journal. I just found it odd that 80% of your posts are about supliments, the other 15 % are about weird pro routines, and the other 5% are actually about you lifting weight (that includes your journal).
