Mid day protein shake

Hey Everyone. I'm new to the forums but not to bodybuilding. I just started using some supplements to try to increase my results and so far it's been going really well. I have been on break from school for the last month and a half so I have had no problem getting my mid day shake in. Since school will be starting next week I was curious if anyone knew of any good recipies or tips for using the protein without a refrigerator. Is this even possible? Basically what I want to do is make something that tastes good, throw it in my back pack, and drink it later in the day. I like using vanilla flavored protien that I buy from trueprotein.com . I use isolate cold- filtered before and after my workouts and micellar casein at night before bed. i also take some isolate cold filtered in the mornings to bring my protein level back up to par. For my mid day I use a custom mix of the isolate, casein, and milk isolate. I also take CEE capsules. I know it seems like alot to some but I have a really fast metabolism and all of this along with a good diet seems to do the trick for me plus I must say the CEE capsules are awesome and have helped alot in so many different ways.
