Unfourtunetly I have to use Metabolic WHEY by MRM protein because my ON WHEY just ran out and i have to wait until I get $$ to purchase it again..But anyways this is the WORST protein EVER....It tastes horrible, and it DOESNT mix...seriously no matter how hard you stir you dont just get chunks you get boulders of protein crushing your face..to down this stuff you just need to open your throat and pour it down, let the boulders of protein just tumble down your throat..this product is a joke.
