What is the cause of unexplained weight loss?
Unexplained weight loss is not something to brush off. If you haven’t changed your eating habits and/or movement pattern. Something could be wrong. The first step to be taken if you have noticed some unexplained weight loss is to get checked out by your doctor. Normally health disorders are considered primary reasons of unexplained weight loss.

    I don’t know where to get some inspiration for my weight loss from?
    Many people need to lose weight and most even want to lose a few extra pounds. Too get some motivation for yourself why not look at other peoples weight loss before and after pictures and stories. Seeing pictures and reading stories of others of how they looked, felt and even their lifestyle changes before and after weight loss can really show you what you could achieve.

    I don’t know if I could stick to a diet plan?
    Many people have found that not doing it alone is the biggest help. Why not find a friend to workout with, exchange recipes and even weigh in together. If not why not keep a weight loss blog of what you ate, how long you worked out for, feelings on specific days etc... Keeping a weight loss blog will help you to find strengths and weaknesses as well.

    Why not lose weight in groups?
    Perhaps your work colleges, friends or even family members could do even make a little competition. Make up funny weight loss team names. And watch the pounds drop off together, including a little friendly competition will only encourage you to lose more weight.

    Deciding how much weight to lose or gain can be tricky. Normally just calculating your BMI is enough for you to work out how to get to a healthy weight. But if you want to lose weight for outer beauty and want to know what you could look like. Why not try a weight loss simulator online. This could also give you some extra motivation

    Weight loss during pregnancy is not advised, pregnancy is a time for the mother and unborn child to gain weight. Losing weight during pregnancy should therefore be undertaken only if:
    1.    He woman finds out she is gaining weight to quickly than is considered healthy.
    2.    The woman was obese before she came pregnant.
    3.    Her obstetrician, gynecologist or doctor recommends losing weight.
    4.    She does not deprive herself of the foods and nutrients that are needed for a healthy pregnancy. She should also allow herself enough rest and sleep. And no stress

    Weight loss during pregnancy is not advised unless these problems are present.
