Body Transformation.
Well heres my story..... I was in bed one night eating a bowl of ice cream and i saw my school channel on tv. I then saw all my friends bringing good looking girls to dances, i then said enough was enough. I threw the ice cream out and did 2 pushups as a start. From there i spent 6 VERY rough, Tough, and dedicated months dropping from 292lbs of fat down to 185lbs, then i relized i was kind of scrawny so i started to get into lifting and i am now currently 217lbs with 10% bodyfat.
Just thought i would finally show my results and maby get some credit for HARDWORK. Without people in my town bashing me saying i cheated using supplements, Which they dont understand.... Supplements or steroids doesnt mean anything. yes it helps but it still needs and involves the dedication, The diet, The motivation and the will to succeed in how you want to look. well i did it. and im proud!

Just curious as to why you want to wait until you slim down to use whey protein?
Took 3rd in my very first bodybuilding competition. Now I am packing on the mass.
