Keto + L-Carnitine + Casein
Two seperate questions
1. Given that L-Carnitine helps use fat as an energy source, will supplementing with this help/enhance a keto diet? Or will the likely increased consumption of red meat/fish/etc give you all the carnitine you would need?
2. Many diets recommend a slow digesting protein intake (like a casein shake) before bed. Is this still the case on the keto diet? Or do you want to avoid having your body digest the protein during sleep and just leave it with fat to use for fuel?
