Name your injury, whether past or present!

Im only 22, but sometimes I feel like im 42. I currently have a weakened (though healed) right hand from repetitive use on a LAPTOP computer for school, a weak (but also healed) lower back from a herniated disk through deadlifting, and a current strained neck also through...deadlifting. The neck was super severe, and came with a whole bunch of neurological complications, but Im pretty healed from that now too besides annoying neck pain when I wake up in the morning.

Weve all made stupid mistakes with form and simply must pay for them. What are YOUR injuries?

Funny enough, i've never had an injury that caused trouble :P I might feel pain during a shoulder workout, but i have double jointed shoulders so...stuff like dumbell raises feel like getting stabbed with a baseball bat ( Yea..hard to imagine..)

I'm hoping not to see any lower back problems since i just started doing dead lifts :P I try to keep my form as perfect as possible..but i can't see if i am doing it with good form because of the stupid mirror

Well, OK: tennis elbow, probably from lots of tennis ... fixed up great by Dr. Ruth at the Santa Barbara hand clinic ... can't feel any pain at all now; in fact, I can't even REMEMBER what it felt like to have pain there.

Current: rotator cuff injury of some kind, and I know what it's from: lifting WAY too heavy boxes WAY too high.  Interferes with doing overhead stuff like military press, etc.  Doesn't bother me at all to do pull-ups etc., but I think it bothers me later after I do a lot of them in one day.  I'm wondering if anybody has had rotator cuff surgery and what the recovery time is like.

lets see...sports related injuries are

Seperated shoulder
Badly sprained ankle (real bad)
Rotator cuff injuries
Runners knee
Hyper extended knee
Pulled quadriceps
pulled hammy
Broken nose (passing out from lifting, falling on face)
too many jammed fingers too count
Fractured elbow
pulled groin

I think that may be it...

I have had my fair share of injuries, but I consider myself lucky compared to some people.

1x20x310 20 rep squat program as of 1/18/12
Back squat 405. Front Squat 325. Clean and Jerk 235. PowerClean 255.  @205

So, seriously, nowadays how do you generally feel when you wake up and get out of bed on a normal morning?  Thanks, -Jeff
