Just cutting down from a pretty dirty bulk :}

looks like cutting should be the least of your worries. you are skinny. do a long term bulk.

I can't really do any preaching without knowing your background and stats (what weight you started at and where you are now) but...

it took me a while to realize but if you don't go on a long term bulk and accept fat gain, you are going to be taking a step forward and a step backward for a long time.

MY ONLY ADVICE IS DO ALL THE POWER MOVEMENT EXCERCISES...


SQUATS
DEAD LIFTS
BENCH PRESS
B.O. ROWS
PRESSES


THESE WILL BUILD UP THE THICKNESS YOU NEED.

do a longer bulk.  You didn't go long enough.  Try 6-8 months.

deads should be all you need for traps but other good exercises for traps are power cleans and shrugs (barbell or dumbell).

deadlifts and cleans, dont even bother with shrugs where your at right now. You need to focus on

Squats
Deadlifts
cleans
rows
bench
Over head press
Pull ups
dips

basically all compound movements, stay away from the isolations!

1x20x310 20 rep squat program as of 1/18/12
Back squat 405. Front Squat 325. Clean and Jerk 235. PowerClean 255.  @205

NO Explode will not work for you. You have to take it on an empty stom ach, several times a day yes? During a clean bulk, you should NEVER have an empty stomach.

And I suggest you get a good weight gainer.

dont waste your money on any NO supp, try and get the majority of your protein from whole foods, but my prefered choice of protein would be Nutri sport 90+ or phd pharma whey they both taste good and arent ridiculously overpriced.

I'd just echo what everybody else has said.

I was thinking instead of a protein supplement why dont you just eat protein rich foods?

Anywayz you have a good starting point and should look good after a bulk.

Your chest is your strong point your arms are your weak points. you should bulk now. good luck :) .

Height:5'7
Weight:172 lbs
Biceps:15.5

If you are doing something very seriously you will definitely improve.

Starting the bulk november the 2nd :)
 
working on strength and cutting a little till then
 
also could anyone recomend some good exercises for lats as i strugle with pullups

single arm rows, bent over bar bell row, lat pull down machine, assisted pull up (if you have access to one), dumbell pullovers.
