how to lose 25 lbs. quickly for a short time

I am looking to lose about 25 lbs in the next month, and im looking for a short term quick way to do it.  I know that there is not any way to drop that much that quick and keep it off and it's not what im lookin to do but i am just looking a way to get it off for a little while.

    Exactly what I was thinking lol, cut off your leg and you can put it back on later..

    But no, you can't really cut 25 lbs in a month unless you are extremely overweight. Even then, it might be a bit extreme.

    Not healthy at all.
     
    Though you can drop a lot of water weight before the time you need to.

    You can go 4 weeks of eating almost barely anything and lots of cardio, if you're very overweight, and lose lots of weight Expect to lose lots of muscle with it.
     
    I wouldn't try to lose more than 8 lbs in a month

    Extremely unhealthy, I advise against it personally. Why do you need to lose this much weight in a month?
    It is nearly 1 pound a day, if only it was that easy and healthy to do.

    It's possible but extremely harsh on the body, past experience from wrestling. Especially if you have alot of water weight.

    IMPOSSIBLE. Don't eat, supplement whey protein every meal. Have 5 shakes, span them out throughout the day such as 7,10,1,4,8. You will lose a ton of weight, but then gain it all back

    i guess i could suggest the 14 day keto run.  don't really know how much fat you could lose, but you could try it

    Exercises daily, try to decrease your daily calorie intake and work more on AB's like sit ups, crunches and all that would be much easier and a quick way to lose some quick weight. Even get an good diet plan, search around google :)

    doing abs wont help you cut weight i dont think... your just gonna have to run your @$$ off

    heavy cardio. but u wont lose 25lbs. maybe u ll lose considerable weight in a short span.

    I recently cut 10lbs off in about 5 hours to make weight for a competition and that was the most grueling experience of my life.  25 would be impossible to do IMO on water weight alone.

    Bench- 315 Squat- 405 Dead-  550

    Exercises is very impotent think for every people. I take some Exercises every day. It gives us a good health. I think exercises need for every one.

    be like me, cut sugar of any kind from your diet completely. (including HFCS and other Fructose variations.)

    A friend of mine did exactly what shleeo said plus started working out regularly, and in 6 months lost 60 lbs.
