Need help what should i do?

Ok i am 15 i am eating lots of salad glass of milk and what ever protein i can get that they have thats for lunch and dinner. At breakfeast i have some eggs on two pieces of whole weat toast and normally water or OJ and a piece of fruit. I have lacrosse practice from 3:40-5:15 that is alot of running i do there. Then i go and weight train for 30min. After that i down two scoops of whey with about 10ounces of water mabe 15. then i go and do homework then do some push-ups before i go to bed. So now you know a little about my day what should i do to tone my arms and abs i do have fat over my abs with a little bit o love handles. I want to look good that is my main goal. Plz help me thanks.

    Make sure your last meal of the day is high in protein and low in carbs and fat.  If you eat baked or broiled chicken, fish, turkey and occasionally lean red meat and two cups of green veggies, you will lose that fat.

    isn't it good to have fat in ur last meal to keep digestion slow throughout the night?

    Unless you have activity to burn the fat, you should limit your final meal of the day to protein and veggies.
