RE: What is your max bent over Barbell Row?
My last bent over Row with a barbell was 90kg for 4, but 50kg with a bent over dumbell row (I like these better). I was doing some heavy bent over rows and I couldn't stand up afterwards, it dropped me for a while and had to crawl back to the house which was about 50m away. It was burning, sort of felt good (like a serious pump).. but at the same time it hurt like crap. I got pumped out pretty quickly everytime I did bent over rows, was completely full of blood after the first set... was reduced to 1 set of 8. Shoulder presses would fill up too quickly as well.. also reduced to 1 set of 8 for these.
