I didn't get a single result from reading the book. However the knowledge I gained and through sweat and determination I went from 220 lbs mid 20's body fat to 220 lbs and mid teens bodyfat. I can put together an effective long term workout plan for myself based on my short and long term goals. I can train safely and avoid overtraining and injury. I can also diversify the exercises in my workout so that I can work all of my muscle groups effectively without repeating the same work out twice in the same month. Did I mention it only cost twenty bucks? Check out your local library, some libraries have it and you can decide if it is worth buying.
