I believe it's 20 rep squats. I've done them once, but never Dr. Squats program.

yes its where you take your 10rpm and perform it 20 reps no matter how long it takes you..My 10rpm is 315 but i figured i couldnt do that 20 times, realistically, so i just went down about 50 or so pounds...its a tough exercise let me tell you..ha ha ha

Well I didn't do that exactly, but I tried the Austrian Legs of Oak routine Old Navy put up once. You do 1/3 your 1 rep max weight I believe, for time, not reps. Slow down explode up. First day I did it for 2 minutes and got through it (26 reps, but only 95 lb). Quads were pumped, man. Wobbly. Next time I upped the time to 2:20 per the program. Did 30 reps of just 70 lb but stopped at 2:10 because I thought the back of my head was going to explode. That was the end of the Austrian Legs of Oak program for me.
