So I bought a 180 page "book" by Men's Health..
after several hours of reading, and changing things up i have
come up with this routine..


Monday
Squats
Dumbbell Press
- 5-7 reps, 4 sets
Dumbbell Incline Bench Press - 6-8 Reps - 3 sets
Close-grip Bench Press - 6-8 reps, 4 sets
Dumbbell Tricep Extensions - 10 reps, 3 sets
Cable Incline Tricep Extension - 12-15 reps, 2 sets

Tuesday
Side-To-Side Pull Up
- (5 reps for each arm, 4 sets WEEK 1/3) 3 Reps per arm, 5 sets WEEK 2/4)
Dumbbell Single Arm Row - (10 reps, 4 sets WEEK 1/3,) (5 reps, 4 sets WEEK 2/4)
Push Press - (8 Reps, 4 sets WEEK 1/3) ( 5 reps, 4 sets WEEK 2/4)
Dumbbell Corkscrew To Single-Arm Cuban Press ( 8 Reps, 4 sets WEEK 1/3) (6 reps, 4 sets WEEK 2/4)
Chin Ups - 6-8 reps, 4 sets
Preacher Curls - 12-15 Reps - 3 sets
Cable Single Arm Curl - 12-15 reps  per arm - 2 sets

Wednesday -OFF

Thursday
Pushup/Decline
- 3 sets to failure
Dumbbell Incline Fly - 12 reps
SUPERSET WITH
Dips Untill Failure- Two Sets
Single Arm External Rotation - 12-15 reps, 2 sets
Skull Crushers - 3 sets 8 reps
Tricep Pull Down - 3 sets 8 reps

Friday
Lateral Pull Down
- (10 Reps, 4 sets WEEK 1/3) (6 Reps, 4 sets WEEK 2/4)
Bent-Over Barbell Rows -(10 reps, 4 sets WEEK 1/3)(6 Reps, 4 set WEEK2/4)
Seated Cable Row-(10 reps, 4 sets WEEK 1/3)(6 Reps, 4 set WEEK2/4)
Deadlift - (10 Reps, 4 Sets WEEK 1/3) ( 6 Reps, 4 Set WEEK 2/4)
Dumbbell Bicep Curl - 10 reps, 3 sets
Barbbell Bicep Curl - 10 reps, 3 sets
21s - 21 reps, 2 sets

Saturday
Front Lateral Raise - 10-12 Reps - 3 sets
Side Dumbbell Raise - 10-12 Reps - 3 sets
OH Press - 8 Reps - 3 sets
Squat
Leg Press
Seated Calf Raise
Leg Extension

Way too much volume.  Too many isolations.

My Thoughts exactly, Ive spent tons of time reading this thing and tryign to figure out their method, and why they say to do these excersies... ahaa,
