Starting the test today, I am currently on a diet that has me losing between 1-1½ lbs a week. Weighed in this morning at home, I am always 5 lbs lighter at home then at my Dr’s. Lost my measuring tape so no new #’s yet, I’ll get another tape and post measurements as soon as I can.

224lbs (was 231 at Dr’s on Thursday)

Well I made it through my first day/8 caps without any adverse side effects, no itching no upset stomach, no third eye. I did wake up hungry as hell this morning although I had a 380 cal protein shake at 11:30 last night.  I don’t wake up this hungry even when I take my shake at around 9:30-10:00, which is my normal time.

2nd day went by without a hitch. I do seem to be a bit gassy though. No jitters or jumpiness sometimes associated with fat loss supplements.

Day3: Still have the gas but I can deal with that if it doesn’t get any worse.

Whey Protein is the only thing I am taking currently.

This week might not be a good test, no lifting just some cardio here and there. Sunday I start lifting again. Still have the gas but I can live with it for a little while.

The first week of the test was my scheduled off week and everything was fine. On Sunday I started heavy lifting again and everything isn’t fine. I have been unable to recover from my chest/shoulder workout on Sunday and my leg workout on Monday. I have had terrible muscle soreness and cramping. I can’t put my arms behind my back without severe pain in both shoulders. Very painful hamstring and calf cramps also. I had to miss my Wednesday workout due to the leg pain. It’s not my ordinary muscle soreness; this is painful, cant move around the house without wincing pain. I stopped taking Melting Point Thursday hopefully I will feel well enough to get to the gym later today.

Well I won’t be going to the gym anytime soon. I did stiff leg deads on Monday and my lower pack is all messed up. I was just leaning over to put a trash bag in the trash can and a severe pain hit my lower back. I almost folded up on the floor. I hope a muscle relaxer and an Aleve will take care of it so I don’t have to have my wife take me to the emergency room. I feel like I was hit by a truck. The only thing different about my training/diet has been the addition of Melting point.

Is no one else having unusual muscle pain, cramping or the inability to recover? I guess I was the only one with the gas problem also.

I'm not having any muscle pains or cramping at all. I don't feel any side affects...except for being frigg'n hungry all the time!!!

Are you sure your cramping is from MP? It's just a fatty acid.

Actually, I did have bad gass for the first few days. And my tummy always feels bloated, I'm bloated right now, and hungry.

Man, I just ate 4oz chicken, 3oz yam, 4oz brocolli, 2oz green beans, and 1 cup brown rice an our ago!!!!

M.P. is the only thing that changed so I have to assume it is the cause.  What does it do to the body to cause the fat loss? What changes does it cause? What ever they are they don’t agree with my body. I guess I just one of the unlucky people it doesn’t work for.

The cramping is a side effect of nutrient depeletion. A lot of users get it.

If you can put up with the side effects such as cramping and lethargy in some, you will notice accelerated fat loss. Particularly when you cease use and the water retention subsides.
