THIS IS NOW ALSO A MELTING POINT REVIEW, THE MELTING POINT REVIEW STARTS ON PAGE 3!!!! For those of you that don't know, Basic Cuts is a thermogenic fat burner w/ 200mg of caffeine. As of June 20th i started using Basic Cuts by designer supps. I had planned on stacking it w/ lean xtreme, but my mom kind of found the bottle before I could use it, let's just say she wasn't happy. Anyways, I'm using Basic Cuts while bulking, as an attempt to lower my bodyfat% to a single digit. I'll be taking 4 pills a day, two when i wake up and two before the gym and if I'm not working out that day I'll take the second serving at about 4pm. My diet consists of lots of carbs and lots of protein, if i had to guess the macros percentages i would say 50:40:10(carbs, protein, fat). I eat 3200-3300 calories a day spread out across 5-6 meals. Here are my stats: Age:17 Height:5'9" Weight:147-150 Bodyfat:11-13% Measurements as of June 20th: Neck:13.5 Chest:38 Left Arm:13.125 Right Arm:13(my arms have an 1/8" difference) Forearms:11.125 Wrist:7 Stomach(at belly button):31.25 Waist:31.75 Hips:36.75 Calves:14.25 My other current supps are: GNC Mega Men Sport GNC Mega Whey Extreme(mixed with water, one scoop pre, one scoop post, and only one on off days) Basic Cuts Muscle Milk(before bed, mixed with water) After the first two and a half days of use, I've seen small differences. For example, my upper two abs show a little bit more. One thing I noticed about this product so far is that when I take it with a green tea pill, it upsets my stomach, so I immediately stopped using the green tea pill. Another thing is that since I started using Basic Cuts, I've been doing #2 more often. Before I was going maybe, once a day, now I find myself going 2-3 times a day. Its probly just my body adjusting to the caffeine, since before this, I haven't had any caffeine in my diet.

yea, ive noticed that since ive been working out more and taking supps ive been going #2 more than once a day. guess its normal...

Today is my leg and ab workout, let's see how it turns out. on wednesday i worked out tris, bis, and shoulders, and from the caffeine in basic Cuts, i had major jitters the whole time, i couldnt sit still or hold still. i was impatient to even wait a minute inbetween sets.

i started taking xenadrine, and it says to take 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon, but when i did that, i felt nothing. i started taking 3 in the morning and 2 right b4 workout, and i definatlly felt anxious. i felt that if i didnt workout or did something i would throw up from nerves/jitters, so i really felt the caffine that time. Basic cuts sounds a little more powerful from what ur saying, so y dont u try taking 3 in the morning and 1 b4 ur workout, see how that works out...

ok, good news today in the gym i was all good, no major jitters and not as much impatience. i also got to throw in 15 minutes of heavy jogging after my workout. i felt pretty normal throughout that.

today ive been feeling a little lightheaded from time to time, when i walk around. i dont think its from the basic cuts though, because i get lightheaded from time to time. if it keeps happening ill know its from the basic cuts.

i get my supps on monday, which include the DS cutting stack, xceed and bcaa's. ill probably start a thread for the DS stack review along with the xceed.

ya, i eat a lot of carbs everyday, i guessing thats where my lightheadedness probly comes from, right? today im not going to be working out, but tomorrow is my chest/back day. i know ill do good. my chest workouts have been going up about 5-10lbs a week for the last month

i just went to the gym and did 30 minutes of HIIT. it feels pretty good w/ the basic cuts. i still feel like i have energy. and the upset stomach and all other sides have gone now and havent popped up again, so id say that as of now, im happy w/ basic cuts

Today is day 5. today is my chest/back workout followed by some cardio. my muscles seem to be sore for a lot longer than they should be, im not liking that right now, but itll heal in time.

my workout felt pretty good again, lets see tomorrow if im sore. im liking basic cuts so far, if i can sneak it past my parents, im gonna use melting point this fall. the weight i am now, just doesnt cut it for hockey season, so this fall im gonna use xceed and xtend and see how well that stack works for me. if that doesnt work i think im gonna use the full bsn stack. seems like everyone gets good results w/ that. im just like everyone else, i wanna be ripped, but i wanna be big, i just dont know which one to chase first.

yeah thats the way to go because if you cut first youll lose the definition when you start to bulk.

ok, thanks guys. looks like im gonna finish out my basic cuts, bulk til about christmas, than cut. i cant wait, cuz by than designer supps will have their new revamped melting point out, and replenish, and a cherry ice flavor xceed, theyll also have lean xtreme 2.0 around that time. my goal is to be about 165 ripped. im on my way to being ripped now, im at about 10-12bf% right now, i wanna lower that to about 6-7%

well after the first week of use, my lifts are still going up and my abs are showing more, and i feel and look more ripped. hopefully the next 3 weeks will be even better!
