Cool.

If DS Metling Point is anything like ActivaTe in terms of 'effectiveness' I would just guess in 8 days somebody here is gonna notice something.

That's just a wild guess.

DAY1

Took 8 caps today, 2 caps 4 times a day. The last 4 or 5 days i have been flirting with carb cycling. Today was a low carb day. The no carb days are the hardest for me due to migraine headaches. If my carb levels are too low i get massive headaches. I have found that I need to be above 20% carbs for the day to keep the headaches away. Today was 33% fat, 30% carbs and 37% protein. My carbs totals are usually around 50-55%. lets see how well this supplement works.

DAY2
Woke up hungry this morning. Usually it takes a few hours after waking when i first get hungry. Not sure if i will work out or not today as a muscle in my neck/shoulder on my left side is tweaked out and hurts when i move my head at certain angles. This has happened a few times in the past and will be 100% in a few days.

UPDATE
Did light legs a the gym today. The gym at work is a joke when it comes to leg equipment so i did leg extensions, lying leg curls and dumbbell lunges. I could feel my tight muscle in my neck/shoulder twinge a little while doing the leg curls but i still got a good workout.

DAY3

Wasnt hungry when i awoke like the day before. My legs are a little sore but not too bad. My neck/shoulder is much better as well. I'll try to get in a workout today but that depends on how my neck/shoulder feels with warmup weight. B-ball will resume on friday and i will play as much as i can while on this 15 day test. Will 15 days be enough for results?

UPDATE
Did chest today. After a few days of low, low/med, med/high carb cycling, my lifts are a little weaker. It is to be expected but i wasnt prepared for the weakness. I still got a great chest workout.
Although i wasnt hungry this morning, all day i have been even though i have been eating. There is a short period of feeling full after eating but it doesnt last long. Im doing my best to not eat more than usual as im on a 2500-3000 calorie diet. My calorie total is 300-800 calories lower than normal but it doesnt feel like its enough.

DAY4

Today brings change! I woke up hungry again and even after i ate a 300 calorie breakfast i was still hungry. Im noticing lots more energy as well. For my carb cycling, today is a low carb day but it doesnt feel like it as my energy levels are high. In the gym is another story. Today was back day! It started off great as i was able to go heavy with seated cable rows but after that, my strength was done. Wide grip lat pull was a struggle as well as straight arm pull down. I got a great workout and pump, but this pump feels a lot different as i feel tighter muscle wise. The combo of diet (carb cycle), Melting Point and a positive outlook seems to be working great. Also im seem to be hitting the bathroom more today. I seem to have more waist even though im consuming less food.

DAY5

Super hungry upon waking. So hungry that i had some dry heave coughs. Those are great! After eating a sensible breakfast i was still somewhat hungry. Today turned into an off day for planned cardio & workout. However i did get out into the heat and helped a neighbor put together some patio furniture and worked up a great sweat. Today was a moderate carb day.

Todays weight: 214lbs

lost 4 lbs over 5 days, not too bad.

DAY 6

My hunger wasnt too bad upon waking. Im finding after a low carb day that im super hungry the next morning and not so hungry after a higher carb day. So tomorrow will tell as today is a low carb day. This morning i had a great cardio workout. I played hoops for about 30 minutes. I havent played in a while so im starting off slow. Right after i mowed my lawn for about an hour. In Los Banos the humidity level is about 40% in the morning. Then during the day the humidity tapers off to about 17%. The temps lately have been around 90-95. So during my hoops/lawn care i dressed up with a long sleeve shirt, a sweat shirt and sweat pants. This is great for a high temp low/mid humidy environment. Soon after a good sweat has started and its absorbed into the clothes, the sweat acts as a cooling agent. The workout can last longer without overheating. So after my workout/cardio session, all of my clothes were completely drenched. About 30 mintes after this i helped a neighbor move a bunch of furniture, so im physically beat!

Day 7

Yep super hungry following a low carb day. Im noticing some minor irritations from the carb cycling process. I feel great during a low carb day but once i have a high carb day, there is more muscle pains. My feet, legs, calves, back, etc hurt more. Its starting to make me think why that is. I get a good mix of low and high glycemic foods. I will cut out more higher glycemic foods during my next high carb day to see if that is the problem.

Since im almost at the half way point, I will post my measurements.

Measurements:
Weight: 214lbs (-4 lbs)
Height: 6'4" (same)
Neck: 17 (same)
Chest: 42 (+.5 in)
Shoulders: 51 (-1 in)
Waist: 36 (same)
Hips: 42 (-.5 in)
Right Thigh: 24..25 (-.25 in)
Left Thigh: 24..25 (-.25 in)
Right Calf: 15.5 (same)
Left Calf: 15.5 (same)
Right Upper Arm: 14 (same)
Left Upper Arm: 14 (same)
Right Forearm: 12.5 (-.5 in)
Left Forearm: 12.5 (-.5 in)

My chest increased but everything else was the same or a little smaller. The only area i didnt want to become smaller from these updated measurements is my forearms. But i can build them back up.

Of course these measurements are unofficial since i took them myself but I am truthful with the numbers.

DAY 8

I havent noticed any side effects from Melting Point. So far so good. Today is a low carb day and usually i have been feeling good on these days but today is different. My feet, legs, hams are very sore and tight. I didnt do much physically except regular housework and taking care of kids. I was going to workout but didnt want to push anything since i feel so sore. I will workout tomorrow.

DAY 9

Since i didnt workout yesterday i put my bi/tri workout in with my legs. I had a strong workout.

I think Melting Point, diet and carb cycling is starting to pay off as my arms looked tight and felt like i was going to explode out of my skin.

Old Navy....This supplement will fit in quite nice for you when its time to cut.

Current Weight: 213

5 lbs lost in 9 days.

DAY 10

I was hoping to get in some b-ball but the wind was too strong. My wife noticed that my abs are more noticable. MP is working great.

DAY 11

I wasnt able to get into the gym today. Work was super demanding and i havent had time to lift. I hope to play hoops tomorrow for some cardio and then get in a chest workout.

My hams and calves have been hurting for the last 3-4 days. I think carb cycling might have something to do with this but im not sure. Its not a pain after a good leg workout, but just general muscle tightness/soreness.

I had to stop using M.P. due to muscle cramping and pain. I just haven’t been able to recover from any of my workouts since I started it.  I may have lost a little fat but if I cant workout due to the extended recovery times, it just isn’t worth it to me.

My cramps havent been from lifting as i can tell the difference between pain after lifting to general tightness & cramping.

My cramping and muscle pain is starting to subside. Since i read a post from Robboe that MP holds onto more water, i have since increased my water consumption. Its interesting as im drinking double my normal amount, the trips to the bathroom have not increased. Also when i do hit the can, my urine is still yellowish. Usually after drinking this much water my urine is clear. So i think it is important to get plenty of water as MP is holding lots of water.

DAY 12

Too windy for hoops but i did get in a good chest workout. I was hoping to get some good b-ball sessions in during this test but the weather hasnt been that great lately. It has been below normal temps with lots of wind. However my weight is holding steady at 213.

DAY 13

No matter how much water i consume, it doesnt seem like it is enough. My hams and cavles are still cramping and are tight. besides that i'm making exellent progress. I will do my best to drink 3 times my normal amount of water

Today's weight: 209 lbs

9 lbs lost in 13 days.

The mirror shows me that muscle loss is minimal.
