Day 1: Day one went pretty smooth. The pills go down easily and don't have a weird after taste like some other pills. I'll be posting some of my workouts and my eating habits to keep my readers interested. Here's a sample of my eating habits on a day off: Meal 1: 2 servings Oatmeal 1 bowl of fruit 1 serving ON 100% Whey in skim milk 1 multi vitamin/mineral tablet 2 servings Melting Point Meal 2: 6 egg whites, 1 whole egg 3 servings hash-browns made with olive oil Meal 3: 12 oz. beef or chicken 2 servings brown rice 1 serving green beans or corn on the cob 2 servings Melting Point Meal 4: 12 oz. beef or chicken 2 servings broiled potatoes 1 serving green beans or corn on the cob Meal 5: 12 oz. beef or chicken 1 big baked potato 1 serving green beans or corn on the cob 2 servings Melting Point Bed-time: 1 serving Muscle Milk in skim milk * My body is usually very responsive to supplements. So I should be seeing results before the week is over.

What weights are you using for your chest work? Pull Overs, bench press, dumbbell flyes, incline dumbbell press, cables? I usually lift pretty light. I always train with my head, not my ego. quote:

Day 5 No noticable results yet. Today I trained shoulders. I decided to go heavy because I thought that it will help me "break the cycle" a little bit. My body is used to light weight, so I figured that I would give it something different for a change. I tried to sacrifice my form as little as possible. Here's what I did: (sets x reps x weight) Standing BB Press 3 x 8 x 95 lb. Arnold Press 3 x 8 x 40 lb. DB Standing Lateral Raises 3 x 8 x 25 lb. DB Cable Lateral Raises 3 x 10 x 40 lb. Bent-over Lateral Raises 3 x 8 x 25 lb. DB Bent-over Cable Lateral Raises 3 x 10 x 40 lb. DB Shrugs 3 x 8 x 70 (by far the heaviest DBs I've ever used) Cable Upright Rows 3 x 10 x 200 lb. Tomorrow I'll post a sample of my eating habits on days that I lift.

You need to go heavier (down the road) if your goal it to gain muscle.

lol... I love Jessica. I haven't posted in a couple of days because I was helping my brother move to Irvine. He has a nice place for a 22 year old kid. He took the good computer, so now I'm stuck with the P.O.S. computer. I used to have a 500 gig hard-drive, now I have 35 gigs. weak.

Day 13 I haven't lifted for a few days. I had to help my brother move, I had a DMV appointment, I had a doctor's appointment, and on top of that I just started school today. I'm dead tired. I'm in no shape to go pump iron. I'll resume my training tomorrow with a back workout. Test Status: I've been using Melting Point to get all my fats in, and so far I'm feeling pretty good. Because Melting Point helps me get in all my fats, I think it makes a fine bulking supplement in addition to a cutting supplement.

Day 14 It feels good to be back! I put everything I had into that back workout. And now I feel like myself again. Test Status I'm still getting gas, but that doesn't bother me. I'll weigh in at the gym tomorrow.

Day 17 Since yesterday my stomach has seemed unusually small. I'm down to about 156 now.
