I've been using this stuff for about a month now with Muscle Milk. I take Muscle Milk at night before bed with milk, and Mega MRP in the morning about thirty minutes after my workout. Basically, a morning protein and a nighttime protein. This stuff has worked great, and in a month my bench has gone from 225 to 240 and I have put on about four to six pounds of muscle. Also, my cuts are showing more than ever before. I will continue to supplement with Mega MRP post workout, and the casein Muscle Milk before bed to make my sleep time anabolic.
