Medium Metabolism and Nursing - calorie intake?

Ok - I'm trying to figure out my Cal. intake and need some extra input.
I'm 105lbs, 5' - and I need to stay around there, actually. I'm somewhat lean, already. I'm medium metabolism (add 450), and nursing - how much to add on for that?
According to most resources on nursing and so on - my caloric intake should be an extra 500-1500 a day...so that doesn't help at all.
Anyone? Thanks.
