Meal Variety (Need real help here!) - Monday, December 08, 2003 1:59 PM ( #1 )
Okay,
I've pretty much got my meal plan down. However my wife (Mack) on this site has not eaten hardly a thing today because she is unsure of what she can and cannot eat.

Well here's the breakdown.
She doesn't like and will not eat under any circumstances...:
Eggs
Tuna
Seafood
Spinich
Cottage Cheese
Beans

So...I'm drawing a blank here...that pretty much eliminates any real variety or meal options for her. Someone please help me out.
She loves:
Pastas (ravioli, spaghetti, lazagna)
Salads
Chicken (here's a give in)

I've searched through the Recipie forum but couldn't find much in the way of anything she would eat.

Leslie? Help me out here....

Try this out; it's one of my favorite easy dishes...

Chicken (or tuna) spagetti

cook the noodles
drain
add a can of chicken or tuna (for the non-tuna haters)
add spagetti sauce of your choosing

Quick, easy and rather tasty...

Sounds good. I'll run that by her. Anything that can be made for a quick snack? Her job is kinda fast pace with no breaks. It leaves little time to eat and I don't think she ate anything today....

Hey guys thanks alot. Its not that I'm extremely picky, just can't stand some things.
Leslie, with the exception of the egg beaters, I do like everything on your list. Thanks again for the help. My basketball season starts tomorrow, which means my training starts getting tough as of tomorrow.

I know.. I'm picky too.

I hope this and those PDF files helped out and gave you something to work with.

Basketball season.. cool. Good luck. Gonna need to eat plenty for the upcoming season. It is going to get tough.

Its not a super competitive league, but its fun. Those PDF files did help alot. Still reading some of them, but what I've learned so far will help. Sorry to hear you didn't have a great time coming home from work. Hope your night goes better
