Cutting and gaining muscle at the same time is hard. There is some debate if it is even possible. If so you would, I think, still need to keep your protein intake high, fat low, and calories at the break even point or just under. You have some good high protein meals there and the fat for the most part is down but watch the calories too. Try to figure out your daily calorie need and base your daily calorie intake on that. See if you can find something that works for you.

ppl wonder so much on what they eat that most of them lose out on the joy of eating sweet, home cooked food. even if momma's gonna be frying the bacon, the mind's always wondering about the calorie counting and stuff, which very effectively kills out the joy of savouring the beautiful cooking. i am not the advising kinda person, coz to each his own. but i do recommend a lot on eating nice wholesome food u like and especially the way u like it until u feel satisfied with the meal and then go to gym and move some iron like u r gonna bring the whole world down. now, isn't that an easy way to go about things without killing out the joy of having to skip the peanut butter toast since u r cutting. i mean, life's damn too short and unreliable, so why waste time overloading the already overloaded mind with trivial matters... :)
