Me in June 2007 And me now  I'm trying to loose some fat around my belly area I've been doing some Abs workout for a while now its starting to work out I guess but anybody knows some workouts I can do that's gonna make it dissapear faster?

Thats very good progress, Main thing is keeping a clean diet and add some cardio to help burn off extra calories

Nice work losing the flab! Your arms look great too. Whatever you've been doing so far has worked well. There's no real trick to losing fat in a particular place, so you just have to lose it all over. Keep your diet healthy, eat 5-6 times per day, avoid the unhealthy junk, fast food, pop and that sort of crap. And keep lifting those weights.

you arms look like they got some good genetics, they look good. You have made great process, as far as your question goes, thats all done with your diet. Get your diet in check and that will be the fastest way to see what you want.

Ur arms has great base!Nice cutting considering ur size.As for the belly fat,cardio is the best choice imo.I was ur size once n managed to lose 15kg in 2 months.All the best to ur weight loss at ur belly!

If you keep losing weight, it will go eventually. You just have to be patient, cause that's the last place you'll lose it.

great progress man, i would start a clean bulk, eat healthy and get a few days of cardio each week and within a month or two you'll be seeing some great improvements !
first day with no buds, 11/17, need a new job. 1 down 13 to go.

very good progress. keep up lots of cardio and some bulking. if you want to try to cut the stomach fat, id start running everyday. jump rope. and different crunches and sit ups. keep up the good work and keep posting with new sucess. P.S.-- set a goal to reach, a weight or a bench and try to reach it

Imo for cardio do not run that will not burn fat, just set the treadmill to like 3.5 speek walk and get your heart rate up to like 130-160 for like 30 min to 1hr a session im sure you will see results.
