Me at around 192 - 10 months into the game

I was up to about 205, but my gut got too big, so I decided to lose it over a few weeks.  I cut down to about 192 - 195 area.

I'm kind of always on a constant bulk.  I would like to be around 225 at the same bf% I am now.

Last UFC was sick, I hate Tim Silvia so it was a great night. I was pissed about lesnar though, he was pounding face and got robbed by a leg lock....figures.

I don't want to go into an argument about it, but I hate when people feel he was "robbed" or whatnot.  Mir is known for those quick submissions, and even though he was getting his **** pushed in for a while, he was in his ideal spot, and took what Lesnar gave him.  It was no fluke.  Like I said tho, don't wanna argue, that's just my 2 cents.

You know, this picture doesn't really do me any justice.  I swear that I look a lot bigger when I look at myself in the mirror, but when I look at the picture, I look like small and weak.  I guess the camera doesn't lie.
 
I guess I know what I need to do now.  An extra 1000 calories a day, and 2 more squat days per week!

Why would you want to avoid losing bf?  Is it cause you don't want to lose any muscle?

I feel like I lose too much strength when I lose too much weight.  If I ever got thin enough to have a visible 6-pack, I'd probably not be as strong as I could be.  I don't want to have a gut, but on the other hand I don't want to lose strength simply to look good.  I figure that once I gain a certain amount of muscle and strength, then at 15% - 18% bf I'll look pretty jacked.

I do on the other hand think you could hover idealy around 10-12% body fat with out lossing your strength, or enough of it to be troublesome to you. But that is the future and your thinking now, so good work !

Get to 12-14% and you'll be monsterous dude. Now, if I saw you, I'd be intimidated dont get me wrong. But if you were a couple points lower, showing some vascularity and striation in the delts, then I'd bolt in the other direction.
