very nice, you needed some muscle soooo bad haha. You look 90x better in pic 2 and will probably still get alot better lookin on a hardcore bulk.
working on explosive phase vertical: 35 weight: 206 Big 3: 300/440/515 Strength and growth come only through continuous effort and struggle.

Thanks a lot everyone for the positive feedback, it was really hard, for me i had to gain weight for bball but try to not slow down either, i still have a hard time getting the right amount of protein and calories i need. i can answer that Stone. it's ecause he's 6'9'' prolly playing post i'm 6'4'' in the post but im 230 lbs and i'd eat his skinny ass alive but it looks like now he'd put it good. and on defence guarding me at plank stage (his first stage) would be hell because i'd over power him.

im not a post player, im a small forward, having a strong core and upper body helps when ur driving towards the hoop to not get knocked around, and strong legs obviously gives you the bounce to jump high and dunk on people. And it makes defense a lot easier if your stronger than the guy your guarding

I used to play basketball, when I was the tallest kid in 8th grade (those were the days). If you make it look like you're trying to move out of the way of the person, and they ran infront of you, it's not a penalty. I used to just look at their shoulder and run straight for it, knock those little kids down.
