how many have yall tried it??? i want yall opioions .....looked interesting to me im gonna do my first workout today see how it is

im currently on it right now.  I have litteraly gained 1/2 inch on my arm after 3 weeks.  I really like the program.  It has overall improved my strength significantly.  If you choose to do the workout make sure that you follow it completely exact.  Good Luck

ive been on max ot three years this month. during this time ive put on about 3 stone in muscle and its really helped me.

just remember to lift heavy and keep your exercises under 40 minutes (closer to 30 if possible) and your motivation will stay high.

the only thing i dont like about the program is that you hit a plateau half way through it, and it sucks

the way i broke it is that i did all different excercises for 2 weeks.  i didnt follow the workout, and did my own thing.  it seemed to have worked.
